Why Hire a Fitness Coach?

I can get it from YouTube

Just tryna get people thinking about behavior change.

I encounter new fitness and nutrition information every day. It’s part of my job as a fitness coach. I subscribe to trustworthy sources of information. I find what’s relevant to my clients and I share it with them.

There’s so much information out there. My Master’s Degree in Public Health helps me sort quality info from garbage.

There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of Fitness Information Providers out there, but only a small slice of what they’re serving is relevant to your fitness goals and your particular situation.

On YouTube, you can pretty quickly discern who’s trying to sell a secret formula and who’s just trying to be helpful.

You’ve been around the block a time or two. You can tell Sage Advice from Snake Oil.

And there’s plenty of both on YouTube.

So, if you’re NEVER EVER going to hire a Personal Trainer or a Fitness Coach, (and NEVER is a looooong time…) and there’s NO WAY I can convince you to even contemplate talking to a certified fitness professional….

…Then here are some YouTube channels that I have enjoyed and learned from and you might too:
